  How It Works

We have lessons for most instruments every day except Sunday. Lessons are paid for on a monthly basis and we work with you to develop a scheduled appointment time that is consistent and convenient for you.

When is Payment Due?

At the first lesson of each month, monthly fees for lessons that will be attended are due. If you know of a scheduling conflict you have in any month, we give you the option to reschedule a date or to simply exclude that lesson from your schedule or payment for the month. Regardless, we require that three of four or four of five monthly lessons be paid for in any month to ensure you maintain your reserved lesson day and time.

What About Schedule Changes?

If something comes up before a scheduled appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice to ensure ample time for rescheduling the lesson within the month. With less than 24-hours notice, rescheduling is unavailable and the lesson's prepayment is forfeited.

Lesson Commitment

We've structured our scheduling and payment terms based on the contracts we hold with our instructors. Learning an instrument requires a commitment on both your part and the instructor's.  As we have a very busy lesson program, we appreciate attendance at all lessons at their scheduled time. When we can maintain a fairly regular schedule with both you and our instructors, both student and teacher benefit.
